Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open only to legal residents of Florida who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry and who own or operate an HVAC business with more than one location in Florida. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Growthlio or any of its related entities are not eligible. All entrant information must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Growthlio reserves the right to verify all eligibility criteria at any time.

2. Entry Methods

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. You may enter the promotion by doing one of the following.

A. Completing the official entry form available at the URL provided.

B. Sending an email with your full name, email address, telephone number, and business name to the designated email address. Email entries must be received no later than eleven fifty nine PM Eastern Time on November thirty 2025.

C. Mailing a postcard containing your full name, email address, telephone number, and business name to the mailing address provided. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than November twenty nine 2025.

Limit of one entry per person, business, or email address. Any attempt to submit additional entries may result in disqualification.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on the start date and time specified and ending at eleven fifty nine PM Eastern Time on November thirty 2025. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected through a randomized computer generated drawing conducted on December one 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification and Claim Requirements

The selected winner will be contacted by email within seven calendar days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven calendar days of notification. Failure to respond, failure to comply with these terms, or failure to provide required verification will result in forfeiture of the prize. An alternate winner will then be selected through a new random drawing.

6. Prize Description

The prize consists of a full deployment of two Growthlio AI agents. These are the After Hours Lead Generation AI and the Database Reactivation AI. The deployment will cover one business location of the winner. The prize also includes six months of complimentary maintenance and support. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be offered. Growthlio may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Transfer of the prize to another HVAC business may be permitted at the discretion of Growthlio.

7. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, reporting requirements, and any other financial obligations associated with the prize. Growthlio will issue any required tax documentation in accordance with Florida and federal law.

8. Verification and Disqualification

Growthlio may require proof of identity, age, residency, business ownership, and eligibility. Any failure to provide requested documentation will result in disqualification. Growthlio may disqualify any entrant who submits inaccurate or fraudulent information or who violates these terms.

9. Publicity Release

Subject to lawful consent requirements, the winner agrees that Growthlio may use the winner’s name, business name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation. Growthlio will secure consent where required by Florida law.

10. Privacy

Entrants authorize Growthlio to collect, store, process, and use personal information as necessary to administer the promotion. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required for administration, legal compliance, or operational purposes. Entrants may request removal from marketing communications at any time. All data handling will comply with applicable Florida privacy regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Growthlio is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries; failures of technology or communication systems; unauthorized access or interference; or any damages related to participation or prize acceptance. Growthlio provides no representations or warranties regarding the performance or suitability of the prize.

12. Release and Indemnity

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Growthlio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida unless Florida law prohibits this requirement. Arbitration outside the United States will not apply to Florida based entrants.

14. Modification or Termination

Growthlio may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if fraud, tampering, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Any entry that violates these terms or attempts to interfere with the promotion may be disqualified.
